It is the last large building that makes up the DumBO district, the most extreme point, bordering on the outside and overlooking an additional area crossed by rails.
It is in good condition, the main entrances are on the short sides, the service ones on the long ones. A separate access leads to a heated area, used as offices, with toilets.
