Who are you?

We are 4 young entrepreneurs, Rocco, Antonello, Michele and Gas, and we have combined our friendship and our passions for food and beverage.

What do you do?

In practical terms we make food and drink…but of course, we do it with entertainment, hospitality, professionalism and heart

What is your mission?

To live the city of Bologna to the full through our work and we want to transmit the passion we have for mixing and catering.

What are the values that guide you?

Friendship, respect, dedication to work and optimism.

How did you get started?

Individually we were already working in the industry. the experience that brought us together was the Guasto Village. From there the decision was taken to open a venue all together: Le Vie Dei Briganti in Via Alessandrini 3 (Cocktail Bar & Bistrot, with the first Speakeasy in Bologna) and ‘Giusto Mangio & Bevo’, which is a small catering business with annexed vintage track-food with which we have participated in various events.

What has driven you?

The constant desire to grow, experience new things and share.

Why did you choose DumBO?

We actually chose each other. We believe that DumBO is a very evolved social and inclusion project and it is certainly experienced and participated in a very transversal way: the staff that coordinates it is the first demonstration of this.

What have you found here?

Dynamism and colour: we like DumBO a lot and there is that optimism and simplicity in it that are a source of enthusiasm for us. We already knew the organisers, so good empathy was born immediately.

Little spoiler about some of the dishes that will be served at La Baia?

DumBO Burger: where the bacon will be crispy, the onion caramelised and the meat will be embraced by a delicious gorgonzola cream; Vegan Meatballs: a genuine vegan with the bright colours of guacamole sauce.
