Individually we were already working in the industry. the experience that brought us together was the Guasto Village. From there the decision was taken to open a venue all together: Le Vie Dei Briganti in Via Alessandrini 3 (Cocktail Bar & Bistrot, with the first Speakeasy in Bologna) and ‘Giusto Mangio & Bevo’, which is a small catering business with annexed vintage track-food with which we have participated in various events.
The constant desire to grow, experience new things and share.
We actually chose each other. We believe that DumBO is a very evolved social and inclusion project and it is certainly experienced and participated in a very transversal way: the staff that coordinates it is the first demonstration of this.
Dynamism and colour: we like DumBO a lot and there is that optimism and simplicity in it that are a source of enthusiasm for us. We already knew the organisers, so good empathy was born immediately.
DumBO Burger: where the bacon will be crispy, the onion caramelised and the meat will be embraced by a delicious gorgonzola cream; Vegan Meatballs: a genuine vegan with the bright colours of guacamole sauce.
